Stuart Whitehead


Stuart is the Founder of Whitehead Advisory and has over 20 years’ experience in Corporate Advisory including debt advisory, transaction support, due diligence, forecasting and planning engagements across awide range of industries. In addition to project specific engagements, Stuart is also retained to participate in and Chair Corporate Advisory Boards for clients.

Prior to founding Whitehead Advisory, Stuart held senior roles and Andersen, 333 Capital and Deloitte where he worked with large ASX-listed, medium-sized private and family owned, non-for-profit and start-up clients.

Stuart holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne and is a member of the Chartered Accountants of Australia and New Zealand

Michael Johns


Michael is an experienced independent corporate adviser who has successfully advised clients across a range of industries including transport & logistics, manufacturing, extractive industries, agribusiness, printing, importing and distribution and non-bank financial services.

Michael has extensive experience in providing corporate debt advisory services as well as providing strategic corporate advice for owners of large private companies in relation to expansion and exit scenario analysis and execution. He has been involved in structuring and arranging funding for acquisitions, MBO's and major asset based structured finance transactions. Previously, Michael was a Director at Deloitte Corporate Finance and a corporate banker at ABN AMRO Bank.

Michael holds a Bachelor of Business (Banking and Finance) and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment.

Letitia Thompson


Letitia has over 14 years’ experience in Corporate Finance, including eight years in the Corporate Finance teams at PwC and Moore Stephens and six years as an independent consultant. Letitia has also spent three years working in Venture Capital as an Investment Analyst at Cleantech Ventures, Melbourne and Tidal Ventures, Sydney. Letitia commenced professional work career with three years in Funds Management, as an Investment Analyst at NAB (Melbourne) and Deutsche Asset Management (London).

Letitia holds a MBA from Leeds University Business School, Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance (FINSIA) and a Bachelor of Science from Monash University.

Norman Zheng


Norman has over 8 years’ experience across due diligence, corporate finance and audit and advisory engagements. Norman has worked at Deloitte, Australia Pacific Airports Corporation and Australian Football League and has a depth of experience in financial modelling, valuations, investor reports and presentations, commercial due diligence, business plan appraisal and scenario analysis.

Norman holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne and is a member of the CFA Institute and Chartered Accountants of Australia and New Zealand.
